Supported Languages

Depending on the language of a document, the SMC4 Content Analytics engine automatically reads analyses and translates communication, enabling automated actions or workflow controls.

SMC4 translates social media messages, supporting 31 different languages, then releases the social communication into back end content repositories or workflows.
SMC4 has customised user interfaces in English, French, German and Spanish, and is in final beta releases of Swedish and Arabic.
