The Knowledge Capture Cloud meets a number of compliance standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and is regularly audited for compliance with SSAE-16, and European Safe Harbour requirements. The KC Cloud data centre meets or exceeds the Uptime Institute's Tier-3 data centre standards.

The Knowledge Capture Platform has been used in the adherence to the UK Government Risk Management & Accreditation Document Set (RMADS) standard for the secure management of sensitive information.
